His hands-on experience working with colleagues and partners across the globe has equipped him with a deep understanding of cross-cultural dynamics and the nuances of how employees and businesses succeed together.
Brad has two decades of experience working in local and global businesses. He is a specialist in organisational development, performance & rewards, and HR business partnering.
Brad founded Network PD to apply systems, ways of working, and best practice solutions to small and medium Australian businesses.
Brad brings a collaborative and commercially oriented approach to his client work, balancing empathetic listening with strategic insight to enable lasting change.
