We created Network PD to help remove the complexity and to support our peers create and share their knowledge with a risk-free, user-friendly platform. Our mission is simple: “we grow people”. Realising the limitations of formal learning and other offerings on the market, we envisioned a platform that takes instructors and learners further, faster. Thus, Network PD was born.

Brad McPaul
CO-FOUNDER & LEARNING EXPERIENCE STRATEGIST
With close to 20 years’ HR experience, Brad brings a wealth of people development and learning knowledge to Network PD.
Brad has built and facilitated training programs across APAC, EMEA and the Americas, and managed learning strategies in global and public companies.
Brad is passionate about small business, creating impactful learning experiences and the mighty Brisbane Broncos. He is also a proud father of girls and husband to Mel.
Morgan Leigh Dawson
CO-FOUNDER & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT LEAD
Morgan understands the professional development requirements that come with being a medical professional. As a qualified registered Nurse, Morgan co-founded Network PD with the aim of improving the effectiveness of the learner’s journey, so that courses not only meet CPD requirements, but also engage the learner to achieve their desired goals.
Morgan is a strong advocate of our defense force and veterans’ affairs, is a proud mum of boys and wife to Luke.
